You knowboth in tik, tok and instagram and youtube that’snot, both all three platforms, i’m here with kevaka sidney, food boy and also with our goodfriend howard, so we’re here at my mother’scousin here in bexley north likely, somethinglike that why am i waving my phone? I think theyopened back in june july, just before we had sydneylockdown 2.0 they’ve been operating since so theyare near inspired into place, so not exactlyfull on new york, style pizzas, but just newyork’s inspired pizzas.

What we do so we paid homage to 1943 1943 wasthe mother, and this is the cousin so that that’swhere, the name was kind of born. But after the namebecame kind of a talking point, we decided to playon the name and create a fictional character. Thatwas loosely based around a few family members, thatwe had kind of grown up with, so we started to tella story about those family members as one personthat’s pretty much in a nutshell, man, my mother’scousin is run by hassan. I met him earlier supernice guys right now. City food boy is vlogging, my vlog, my god.
It’S winningi can’t wait for the pizzas to comeout. We ordered two pizzas dozen wings. Now i’m vlogging his vlog. This is going to behappening throughout the whole night, vloggingeach other’s vlogs. So we already took pieceswe are the cheese and there’s a snagarelliand.
Then we ordered some hot honey wings howardand i got some chocolate milkshakes i saw somechicony and sanchez santiago on the menu. Whichcornington is legit one of my favorite placesfor gerardo in sydney, let’s okay. So as i mentionedearlier, these are inspired pieces take a quicklook at them, they’re they’re more like closer toneapolitan style pieces and that’s not a bad thingso. You’Ve got you know. You’Ve got the thin basethere’s like a blistered crust, blizzard cornichoni think the cornerstone is like all popped.
Andstuff man, so you got like hot cornish on yougot like the blistered bits in it, it’s thinand. It’S got like uh yeah. Look at the bottommirror. Pizzas are new clothing styleinspired in general anyway, so here we go. Okay, merge style in.
It is more like big piecesfeel like purse on the bottom of the base. Thenyou got some little pockets of air bubbles, inthe actual base itself, it’s soft and like kind oflike floppy like a neopotent style, so that so thesauce is made out of some rosanna tomatoes whichis. What you would normally use for a legitimatefolk and style pizza cheese also has some basilin it there’s some parmesan reggiano to give itsome umami you’ve got a perfect amount of sauce and, of course, it’s got. Somepure dilate cheese in itall right so howard, just added some honeytaste pizza, so i’m gon na do the same thing. Um second slide for the snake early.
You know what else i love about this placeit’s, a vibe, it’s about microsoft, diner stylevibe to it all right now. Finally, find the wingsso they’ve got two types of wings here: you’vegot the wet wings and there’s a dry, so wetminions, it’s smothered in sauce and this oneand there’s like three choices and we cutthe hot honey with parmigiano-reggianoit’s like little ripples of coatingin it. So you got that little nicecrisp me outside it’s freakingjuicy and it works over the honey and then honey and cheese in general go so welland. I almost forgot about myshake my chocolate malt shake it’s chocolate and maltyi. Don’T know how it looks, explain it that’sgood.

I wentto house house and i ate his pizzaso. All i can say is that my mother’scousin is legit guys. It is newark inspiredit’s, an amazing pizza, restaurant withamazing, chicken wings. I love this shakeshake. I’Ve only tried one. Sorry and i’m finishingit up my own and plus they’ve, got chiconian sansgelato for dessert, so win-win anyway, guys thanksfor tuning in to this video hope.
