Yeah hi, my name is Levin. I’ve been in the pizza game for the last ten years. The vision was to create a place where customers can come, get the experience but engage all senses. Your entertainment food. Not only am I feeding customers with great pizzas on I’m entertaining them as well, so it’s what I’ve always wanted to do.
It was a bit of a challenge at first, because I had a really small shop at the time, but as a business grew opportunities became prevalent and we moved into a bigger, bigger spot. My backgrounds, Turkish and you know, there’s a lot of exotic sorts of recipes there and ingredients is there which I was able to fuse with Western ingredients to give people. The experience of you know what I experienced as well as it growing up as a child born and raised in Australia. Sydney, but the backbone of the culture is always bringing family food. You know gathering at the table, watching parents do stuff in the kitchen and come up with these amazing recipes, so we don’t skip on quality.
You know my my brother and I especially my brother he’s here early in the morning and he’s prepping up making the dough getting our meat skewered really and roasting our meats, there’s no really prepackaged or processed ingredients that we use everything he’s done from scratch. Really, we’ve got an excellent website which gives all the details of all their opening and closing hours of our venue times, and there are entertainment days and all that sort of stuff.
